Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using LaserCraftLab (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. We may update these terms at any time — the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Intellectual property

All editorial content on the Site — articles, guides, comparisons, illustrations, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to LaserCraftLab. You may quote brief excerpts (up to 100 words) with a clear attribution link back to the original article. Reproducing full articles, wholesale copying of page structure, or systematic scraping is not permitted without prior written consent.

Purchased SVG file packs and digital products sold through this Site are licensed to you for personal and commercial use in finished physical products you produce yourself. You may use them to cut and sell physical items (coasters, signs, keychains, ornaments, etc.). You may not resell, redistribute, share the digital files publicly, or repackage them as your own digital products, in whole or in part. One license is for one business or individual.

Affiliate links

Some links on this Site are affiliate links. When you click one and make a qualifying purchase or sign up, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our approach to affiliate links is described in full on our Affiliate Disclosure page. Editorial recommendations are not influenced by the existence of an affiliate relationship.

Digital product terms

Digital products are sold and delivered through Stripe. Payment processing, refund eligibility timelines, and purchase dispute resolution are governed by Stripe's Services Agreement and their payment processor's policies. All products are delivered as digital downloads — there are no physical goods and no shipping.

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis for genuine product defects. If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or materially misrepresented relative to its published description, contact us at our contact page and we will make it right.

Safety disclaimer

LaserCraftLab publishes editorial content about laser cutting and engraving machines, materials, and techniques. All speed, power, and passes settings published here are documented starting points from practitioner sources — not first-hand tested values and not guaranteed to be safe or effective for your specific machine and material combination. Always verify settings with a test grid before operating on a final workpiece, follow all safety guidelines for your machine, ensure proper ventilation, and never cut materials known to release toxic gases (PVC, vinyl, ABS, polycarbonate, fiberglass).

Nothing on this Site constitutes safety advice, professional engineering guidance, or a substitute for the safety documentation provided by your machine's manufacturer.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Machine specs, software features, and pricing change frequently — we verify information periodically but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LaserCraftLab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on its content, use of published settings on your machine, or purchase or use of any digital product. Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party tools, platforms, machine brands, and resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Links do not constitute endorsement beyond what is stated in the editorial content.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE/COUNTRY], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
