What we can help with
Corrections & factual feedback
Machine specs, material settings, and pricing change often. If anything on LaserCraftLab is out of date — a machine has been discontinued, a price has changed, a setting is wrong for a specific configuration — email us with the correct information and a source link. We will review it, update the article if warranted, and credit you by name if you'd like.
Settings and project questions
We get a lot of "what settings should I use for X on Y machine" questions. The honest answer is almost always: run a test grid first, because your machine and material batch will vary. Our material guides include the starting-point methodology — start there. We can't troubleshoot individual machine issues remotely, but we can point you to the right community resource.
Product support
Purchased an SVG file pack and hit a snag loading it into LightBurn or xTool Creative Space? Email us with your order reference and a description of the issue. For genuine product defects — corrupted files, missing designs — we will make it right.
Partnership and PR inquiries
LaserCraftLab does not accept paid guest posts, sponsored articles, or link-insertion requests. If you represent a machine brand, materials supplier, or software tool that is genuinely relevant to consumer laser users and you'd like us to consider editorial coverage, send a brief summary of what it does and how it differs from xTool, Glowforge, and the current field. We do not guarantee coverage.
